Conspiracy theories are an outlet. People need a reason for why society is not as good as they feel it could be.
Most people blame the other political party. But that doesn’t work for everybody. The mind keeps looking until it finds a reason, and then it fades out all arguments that oppose it.
We laugh about conspiracy theorists, but most have the same mindset, just with socially acceptable topics.

Cafes sind definitiv ein guter Ort des Konsums und besser als die erwähnten trostlosen Alternativen. Was wäre denn der dazu passende konsumfreie Raum?
Cafes sind Konsum. CyberEgg hat prinzipiell nichts gegen sie, aber um konsumfreien Raum zu schaffen, muss man sich was neues einfallen lassen.

For education, I would focus on a small number of communities and pool all resources to figure out what works.
Then use the desire of other communities for the hopefully existing improvements to spread the system.

Da wird es ja spannend. Verdichtung bringt ein breites Freizeitangebot, aber auch Anonymität und damit Vandalismus.
Eine liebevolle Stadt hat keine Zäune oder Bänke mit Einzelsitzen.
Gelegenheiten zum Hinsetzen im Winter sind in Gebäuden. Cafe, Bibliothek, Shopping Mall. Fast alles kommerziell. Vandalisierungssichere Räume ähnlich zu Bahnhöfen anzubieten ist nur ein Minimalkompromiss.
Ich glaube, dass da noch mehr möglich ist, weiss aber nicht wie.
Im Gegenteil, es sollte sein und ist eine Einladung, die Alternativen vorzustellen, die wir haben oder die sein können.
Die Frage kommt daher, dass ein Ablehnen von Auto und Konsum ja noch sehr viel Gestaltungsraum lässt. Was würde die Menschen glücklich machen? Von kleinen Tinyhouses in loser Gruppierung bis zur dichten Bebauung wie Manhattan ist ja alles möglich. Welche Architektur schafft da die Alternative zum Konsum? Cafes gehen dann ja nicht unbedingt. Wie soll dann der öffentliche Raum gestaltet werden?
Klingt erst einmal gut. Wie baut man Städte für Menschen?

People only want to hear about their own problem. If you address all problems you repell everybody because nobody can stand listening to all of them, apart from an insignificant few voters.
